Hello.

A friend welcomed a new baby boy and I had to make a card for him. I love making baby cards, it's my favorite occations. As he was born during the summer I made an ocean theam card.

I started with background blending blue distress inks (salty ocean, mermaid lagoon, faded jeans, blueprint sketch and chipped sapphire).  Than I sprinkle a few drops of water on the background to get more realistic underwater look. 

From white cardstock I die cutted Altenew Caps bold Alphabet letters. After that I stamped these cute MFT Friends with fins and colored them with copic markers.

Copic markers:

dolphin: C0, C1, C2, C3, W0

orca: W0, C0, C3, C5, C7, C9

narwhal:  C0, C1, C3, B91, B93, B95, B97  

Materinski dan - Mothers day

Danes sem ustvarjala za mami. Ker so trgovine zaprte in vreme res ni naklonjeno nabiranju rožic, sem jih pričarala na spodnji voščilnici. Uporabila sem Magnolije od Najlepšega para, ter jih pobarvala z alkoholnimi markerji. Izrez kroga sem naredila s pomočjo Peek a boo kroga od Mft, ter dodala še sestavljen napis iz seta Best mom in Amazing you od Altenew.

Today we are celebrating Mothers day here in Slovenia. Since the shops are closed and the weather is not really in favour of picking flowers, I made them on the card below. I used Magnolie stamp set from Najlepši par and colored it with alcohol markers. I cut out the circle with Peek a boo circle from Mft, and added a sentiment from the set Best mom and Amazing you from Altenew.

Trenutno je obseden z luno in planeti. Prejšni mesec smo gledali lunin mrk in sedaj me vsak večer sprašuje, kdaj bo naslednji mrk. Prav tako skoraj vsak večer gledamo v nebo luno, jupiter in saturn.

 

He is obsessed with moon and planets. Last month we watched lunar eclipse and now every night he is asking me when will be next eclipse. Also we have to watch the moon, Jupiter and Saturn regulary.

 

Je tudi velik oboževalec dinozavrov. Naslednji mesec, ko bo praznoval rojstni dan, bo tema dinozavri.

He is also big fan of dinosaurs. Next month is his birthday and the theme will be dinosaurs.

Pri izzivu Less is more želijo videti enoslojno čestitko z brstovi ali cvetnimi listi. Uporabila sem štampiljke Painted Flowers od Altenew in jih večslojno odtisnila.

Za letos sem se odločila, da bom ustvarila več čestitk z rožami. Vedno jih občudujem pri drugih ustvarjalkah in se želim tudi sama izpopolniti na tem področju oz. barvanju le teh. To bo kar izziv zame, saj mi ustvarjanje z njimi ni tako blizu. Tokrat sem uporabila štampiljke Altenew in set 'Best mom'.
