Magical friends

Hello,

For MFT color challenge I made card with Magical friends stamp set. I started with background. I stamped Artistic prints with distress inks (squezzed lemonade, dried marigold, worn lipstick and abandoned coral). Than I stamped, colored and die cutted the dragon.

Copic markers I used:
orange: YR04, YR07, YR09
yellow: Y11, Y15, Y17
red: R32, R35, R27

The heat wave is in full swing here and I am already counting down the days until summer vacation.

I choose a white card base in A2 size and blended a fun background on there. I started with a beach (Vintage photo and Antique linen distress ink), then added the sea using Mermaid lagoon distress ink and then the sky, using Tumbled glass oxide ink. So easy to create a fun beach scene by blending.

I then added the fun images from the Beach bear and Island shell-ebration (palm tree) stamp set! They are spending a fun day on the beach! I just love these critters! I stamped these cuties, diecutted them with the coordinating dies and then coloured them with Copic markers.

Thank you card for a teacher

It is the end of school year and I made a thank you card for my daughter's teacher. Every age group is in a different room. Her room is called bunnies.

I stamped bunnies from Mama elephant - Little line agenda to alcohol friendly paper and once no masking paper. I fussy cut the bunnies from masking paper and put them on my card base. With black ink I stamped sentiments from Mavelu.

 
For the background I used MFT - Watercolor wash free form stencil. I blend rainbow background with distress inks (squeezed lemonade, twisted citron, peacock feathers, mermaid lagoon, blueprint sketch, wilted violet, picked respberry, dried marigold).

After that I removed the masking paper and colored the bunnies with copic markers.

Oceans of love

Naredila sem čestitko po MFT skici. Uporabila sem Mermazing štampiljke, ki jih je ilustrirala Birde Brown.

Najprej sem odtisnila motiv, ga pobarvala s copic markerji in ga nato s pripadajočimi šablonami izrezala. Za ozadje oceana sem uporabila Distress inke (Cracked Pistachio, Shaded Lilac, Peacock Feathers, Mermaid lagoon and Chipped Sapphire). Vzela sem čopič in ozadje pošpricala z vodo. Počakala sem cca 30 sekund, nato sem ga s papirnato brisačko posušila. Ko se je posušilo sem toplotno embosirala napis in ribice. Z rezalnimi šablonami Under the sea sem izrezala alge in kamenje. Vzela sem še tri papirne trakce in jih senčila z Shaded Lilac, Peacock Feathers, Mermaid lagoon Distress inki.

I made a card following the MFT sketch. For my take on the sketch, I used the gorgeous Mermazing Stamp Set illustrated by Birdie Brown.

First I stamped my images with black ink . Then I colored my images with Copic markers and cut them out using their coordinating dies. I then blended my ocean background with Distress Inks (Cracked Pistachio, Shaded Lilac, Peacock Feathers, Mermaid lagoon and Chipped Sapphire). I took a  paintbrush and splattered this blending with water. I blotted it dry with a paper towel after letting it sit for about 30 seconds. Once dry, I  heat embossed my sentiment and some some fish. I also die cut some algaes and rocks from Under the sea die-namics. I cut out three stripes and shaded it with Shaded Lilac, Peacock Feathers, Mermaid lagoon Distress inks.

face: E11, E02, E00, E000, RV00

tail: BV13, BV02, BV01, BV000, BG34, BG11, BG000

Danes vas pozdravljata lišička in miška. Čestitko sem naredila po skici MFT in je zelo preprosta. Senčila sem srce s tattered rose, picked raspberry in seedless preserve distress inkom. Nato sem  srce pošpricala s seedless preserve distress inkom. Odtisnila in s copic markerji sem pobarvala motive iz Fox in friend seta štampiljk. Vse skupaj sem izrezala s pripadajočimi šablonami. Toplotno sem embossirala napis, ki je iz istega seta kot živalici.

Today you are greeted by fox and a mouse. I made a simple card following the MFT sketch. I shaded the heart with tattered rose, picked raspberry and seedless preserve distress inks. I also added a few drops of seedless preserve. I stamped and coloured images from the Fox and friend set using Copic markers. I cut everything out with their coordinating dies. Than I heat embossed the sentiment from the same set as the animals.

Odločila sem se, da bom sodelovala še pri enem izzivu s skico in zanj sem naredila ozadje s pomočjo distress inka. Odtisek sem odtisnila na navadni papir in ga pobarvala s copic flomastri.

Lovim še zadnje ure za Lawn Fawnatics izziv, kjer želijo videti nekaj kar se vidi skozi. Osnovo sem senčila s shaded lilac in tattered rose distress inkom. Izrezala sem oborobo oblakov in iz paus papirja oblačke. S copic makerji sem pobarvala Fairy friends od Lawn Fawn in dodala še par zvezdic.

Deževni vikend je bil kot nalašč za ustvarjanje. Čestitko za prijatljico sem naredila po skici Lawn Fawnatics. Uproabila sem set Upon a star. Najprej sem toplotno embosirala ozvezdje, nato pa ga senčila s Tattered rose, Picked raspberry in Seedless preserves distress blazinicami. Sive zvezdice sem odtisnila s Hero arts Soft granite blazinico.

The rainy weekend was perfect for some crafting.  For a friend I made a card after Lawn Fawnatics sketch. I used Upon a star stamp set. First I heat embossed the stars and  than I blend it with Tattered rose, Picked raspberry and Seedless preserves distress inks. The grey stars are stamped with Hero arts Soft granite ink.

Na zunanjost voščilnice sem odtisnila samo začetek napisa, v notranjost pa preostanek.

On the front of a card I stamped only the beginning of the sentiment, and on the inside the rest of it.

Rože - Flowers

Za letos sem se odločila, da bom ustvarila več čestitk z rožami. Vedno jih občudujem pri drugih ustvarjalkah in se želim tudi sama izpopolniti na tem področju oz. barvanju le teh. To bo kar izziv zame, saj mi ustvarjanje z njimi ni tako blizu. Tokrat sem uporabila štampiljke Altenew in set 'Best mom'.

Rezalne šablone jadrnice nisem uporabila že leta in res je bil že čas, da obrišem prah iz nje. Ko sem videla trenutno skico pri MFT, sem takoj vedela kako jo bom uporabila.
