Srečen božič

Živjo.

Danes se vam oglašam kot gostja v Craftalnici, kjer za #398 izziv Srečen božič želimo, da izdelate voščilnico, kjer uporabite božični napis.

Sama sem uporabila napis Srečen božič od Najlepšega para. 

Ozadje sem senčila s Spun sugar in Squeezed lemonade distress inkom, sneg pa s Salty ocean. Iz srebrnega papirja sem izrezala okvir, ki sem ga nalepila na ozadje. Z alkoholnimi markerji sem pobarvala zajčka iz seta December duo od Mama elephant. 

Na bel papir sem nalepila obojestranski lepilni trak, nato sem s pomočjo MFT rezalnih šablon izrezala snežinke. Odstranila sem obojestranski lepilni trak in snežinke potresla z belimi bleščicami. Vse skupaj sem sestavila v voščilnico, ki sem jo nalepila na modro osnovo.

Cats 2 + SSS

Hi. 

Here is the second card I made with MFT Housecats, because one card with cats is never enough. For this one I built them their own little home: a brick wall (thanks to English brick wall stencil) in antique linen and brushed corduroy distress ink and a floor with lost shadow distress ink, so they don't float in the air. The cats seem pretty happy with their new place, don't you think?

Cats and SSS Kids

Hi.

My desk is currently full of stamped cats waiting to be colored. Three little girls requested kittens on their birthday cards, so I’ve been busy creating all sorts of feline designs.

This time I wanted to make something a bit different, so I created a circle card. I die-cut the circle and blended the background with Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide ink for a soft look.

The adorable cats are from MFT Housecats, stamped and colored with Copic markers. To build the little scene, I used the MFT Cat & Plant Perches dies to create stands for the plants and kitties.

Pretty poinsettia and SSS Kids

Hi friends. 

August 15th has passed, which for me means it’s officially time to dive into Christmas and holiday cardmaking.

For today’s card, I used the MFT Rectangle Extraordinaire stencil and Evergreen bough Distress oxide ink to make a background. For some texture I embossed the Spellbinders Holly & Foliage 3D embossing folder.

The main image is from MFT Pretty poinsettia, colored with Copic markers. I finished it off with a hot foil sentiment.

As every year, Simon says stamp Kids summer vacation challenge is here again and my kids absolutely love it! 

Jerca (age 4) made a summer card with colorful unicorns.

Ahac (age 8) made a fish and draw some flowers.

Zabavni prepogibi

Živjo.

Danes se vam oglašam kot gostja v Craftalnici, kjer za #386 izziv Zabavni prepogibi želimo, da izdelate voščilnico, ki bo imela vsaj še en dodaten prepogib (prepogib, ki deli osnovo ne šteje).

Za svojo voščilnico sem uporabila čudovite metulje od MFT - Winged wonders, ki sem jih pobarvala s copic markerji in dodala detajle z belim gel pisalom.

Za osnovo sem vzela dve voščilnici, pri čemer sem pri vsaki prepognila eno stranico na pol, nato pa sem ju zalepila skupaj, da sem ustvarila zanimivo zloženo osnovo. Za ozdaje sem vzela črn papir in Pinkfresh studio Stippled plaid press plate, s katerim sem ustvarila teksturo.

Welcome Nace

A friend welcomed a new baby boy and I had to make a card for him. I love making baby cards, it's my favorite occations. As he was born during the summer I made an ocean theam card.

I started with background blending blue distress inks (salty ocean, mermaid lagoon, faded jeans, blueprint sketch and chipped sapphire).  Than I sprinkle a few drops of water on the background to get more realistic underwater look. 

From white cardstock I die cutted Altenew Caps bold Alphabet letters. After that I stamped these cute MFT Friends with fins and colored them with copic markers.

Sweet day

Hello.

It's been a while since my last post here. I am more active on Instagram. The last couple of weeks I didn't have inspiration to make cards. I didn't enoy it and was actually thinking if I should quit cardmaking altogether. Luckily the motivation came back after I came back from vacation.

Here is a simple summer card to wish someone a nice day. I started this card by die cutting ice creams from pattern paper. Than I stamped MFT Sweet treats - ice creams on white paper and colored it with Copic markers.

brown: E00, E30, E53, E55, E57, E59

pink: RV000, RV00, RV10, RV13

blue: B000, B00

yellow: Y00, Y02, Y15

orange: YR00, YR02
